At work, excited for vacation

Hey everyone! I guess those of you that read whenever I happen to post. lol. I'm at work right now. We are training Marines to get ready to deploy. Making sure that they know all the things they need to know before they go! I'm going home to the good ol UP in a week!!! Cannot wait! Been over a year since I've been! Kinda crazy to think that its been that long!! I love California tho! I mean how couldn't you, beautiful weather all year long, the ocean, surfing, snowboarding, and I've made some great friends out here! I mean, where I live right now (29palms) isn't so great. Basically its just hot, and there isn't really anything to do, so I make frequent weekend trips back to oceanside (2hrs) on the weekends:) But its all about a new experience right!? And its only for a year, then I go back to where I was! I got to see miss Cindy L'Esperance. She came out for a few days, which I got time off for:) We explored, had girl talk, went shopping and...had FUN! Awesome time I'd have to say! I've been so lucky to have visitors out here!
